if you are one of ihug user, you should constantly check your usage data.
I was shocked after opening today's check usage page since the data usage counter numbers are hugely different from yesterday. (not about yesterday or today's usage but about a week ago's usage)
I phoned ihug and staff at a call center denies any problem of ihug's side and suggested me to check my computer for virus or spyware. (what??? checking ihug's DB error on my computer??? how?)
after hang up the phone, I found out that even the today's date of the ihug's usage screen is wrong.
so I called again this time I was answered by different staff.
I explained all over again.... long waiting, same conversation....
after I pointed out the recorded date is wrong, he consulted with 'manager' and came back to me and told me 'you are not the only one'. he told me the issue will be solved within 24 hours.
why first answered staff denies any problem and accuse customer for their fault?
I hope every usage page to be back to normal but you should check your usage page today just in case.
this kind of stuff happened last year and ihug claiming their usage counter has been upgraded and accurate.
