Hi, regardless of all this, he has been offered WISP service which is reasonably priced and offers unlimited data, but from what has been said, its self inflicted, so he has no reason to complain, some folk just cannot be helped, as they say, you can take a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink!

I didn't see him complaining, he said his home internet wasn't suitable. These two things are significantly different.
