I didn't see him complaining, he said his home internet wasn't suitable. These two things are significantly different.

He's still saying it's unusable, but if he actually looked into his options he would find something that is usable for his location.

You are quite correct, but as mentioned, he has had solutions offered, they are fair and competitive, and chose not to use them, but will drive 80km each day during a pandemic lock down when advised by the Government to not do so, simply because it would seem because of this.
