This is my take on it, personal opinion only of course.
Honestly, I wouldn't pay more than $300 for install and $120 per month, Any more than that really is just a waste of cash unless there is a business need of course.
Remembering that much traffic would be "walled garden" zero-rated if FTTH spreads as it's main push would be IPTV and similar "on-demand" services, the rest of us regular web users really just don't need anything faster than 10Mbps as even high bitrate live video will easily come down in that.
Yes I would pay the fee. However I would be expecting that their would be no data costs for national traffic, and that I get a synchronous fast internet connection. Also I would expect that I would not have to pay for national landline-landline calls. And I would expect that then internet service bundled with my phone line went as fast as it said it would and that it would be cheap $110 max.
