clog: ADSL1 line speeds are adequate, but backhaul capacity is the issue.


10 meg is better than 32 kilobit which is all stupid NZ regulators think you need.

Drove by yesterday, I think this is the cabinet you are talking about? I'm guessing a PCM + ADSL1 kit.

Well that cabinet is showing as RBI, so the fact it's not yet upgraded means it must be happening very soon.

Chorus don't seem to have recently updated data on their website showing RFS dates for cabinets, just the original schedule from a few years ago.
