networkn: If I am on a profile that gives me 70/10 (DSL Line Speeds reported by modem) and I switch providers, will I get 70/10 from the new provider?
SamF:
Attenuation: 0db (VERY good if this is accurate, but you'd have to be basically living on top of the cabinet for Rate: Downstream: 38.8mbit (not bad, but if your attenuation is accurate I'd expect higher than that), this to be true!)
SamF: @stevehodge: How long were you on DLM-1 with a CRCPM of 7? It was weeks wasn't it?

SamF: Naa, your errors were way too high (as evidenced by your drop from DLM-1 the next day).

SamF: So did you manually intervene when your errors were 6-7?

@redstorm: Let us know if / when you get dropped from DLM-1, that'll give us some clues as to where the threshold is (we're still trying to work it out). In terms of recommendations, I'd push the SNRM all the way towards 'maximum stability', see what your errors are and then adjust from there. However if, in the interests of science, you're willing to leave it as is for now until you get dropped from DLM-1 it would give us some valuable info! :)
