No you dont mate, they max out at 100mbit, pieces of crap :P
im 60m from my cabinet and maxing out my ikanos one :(
With the DLM changes and ADSL is it worth re-booting the modem to see if it will change the sync speeds?
Not impressed with the drop in upstream as it hurts my ability to work from home. It was hard enough at a 1Mbit sync.

Generally known online as OpenMedia, now working for Red Hat APAC as a Technology Evangelist and Portfolio Architect. Still playing with MythTV and digital media on the side.
you can try but i would recommend doing it in the middle of the night (3-4am) when internet usage is the lowest

I would leave it and let DLM do its thing. Changes are pretty quick and you may see good changes over the next few days

Posting my current stats here now so I can compare in a couple of weeks...

Happy to finally be on 17a but my dreams of finally getting a decent upload speed didn't quite come true. Just have a weird line or a lot of crosstalk I guess.
FE CRC count is high and rising. Wonder if DLM is going to take me back a few pegs.
Looks like our line moved to ddDLM a couple of nights ago. Ikanos linecard. Vigor130 modem. Cabinet 200m from the gate, house another 200m from the gate.
Before: ~53/13 on 8b
After: 70/30 on 17a
Pretty happy with that change.

Line did a re-sync the other day, woke up to this magnificence.
Right before I'm about to get fibre too! Was previously getting around 49 down and 7 up
Roll that fibre if its available!

Is this the best mine will get? I haven't seen any speed changes. Also, I live in Grafton, Auckland CBD (Next to Auckland Hospital).
