DLM-6 and errors? dont suppose you have a splitter/direct connection on that line?

at that rate, dont see it ever holding a DLM-1 if not even being able to get down to it.. 17a is even more unlikly..

mhm.. i might reboot my fritz see if it wants to work after that..

other thing about the 5.0 firmware, it no longer measures uptime in days.. minor but annoying "feature"

sounds like a further line issue, could this be the case for you?

Power Issues
It has been proven that faulty power multiboxes can contribute significantly to line stability issues.  If you have your Fritz plugged into a multibox and are having issues, try plugging the Fritz directly into the power socket on the wall and see if there is any difference. *10

extension lead? something doesn't sound right..

Does it measure it at all? If so, in what units?

OK, it was on a multi plug now it's directly at the wall, can't see any discernible differences other than a very high amount of FEC errors.

hours, mins seconds.. they simply removed the days.. not a big change, but a minor annoyance :/

SamF: Right, gotcha, sorry misunderstood what you meant by SNRM in that context. Ok, in that case let's just add SNRMT for SNRM Target and use a +/- notation as below. Could everyone please confirm what I've put there for your figures?

Updated to confirm mine. And added a few others mentioned later.

Attenuation, Distance, Sync, Profile, DLM, CRCPM, SNRM, SNRMT
SamF: 9db, 350m, 50mbit, 8b, 1, 2.5, 11, 0
