Once upon a time there was Pandora, which was quite an interesting way to find new music. Then it stopped being available outside the USA owing to licensing issues, with a block on IP addresses out side the USA.

All of a sudden though, it seems to be available in NZ. And judging from their legal page it appears that they have sorted out licensing here.

Is it just me? Did this happen some time ago?
