I have just become aware that when I changed from adsl (vf) to fibre (full flavour) that my landline number had not been cancelled with vf.
When querying the charge I was advised that there had been no notice of disconnection to vf.
Who would be responsible for this? Full Flavour or myself? I'm awaiting their reply on this, but I'd expect them to sort this to bring the number across.
I arranged disconnection of my internet plan with vf, as I went live on fibre, but there was a short period before our landline went live with them.
