Anyone here know of this provider?  Apparently, its not the Wimax service offered by Smartnet.

My niece did a computer course and through that was signed up for broadband.  Now the provider seems to have disappeared, Smartnet say it isn't them, none answers the phones and the people who ran the computer course aren't responding either.

So far, she is still getting her service, but her special startup deal has ended & payments have stopped.

Any leads on how she can contact them would be appreciated.

Cheers

Charlie

If she goes to http://www.whoismyisp.org/ on her connection if it is still live it should tell her which company her IP address belongs to and might help narrow it down
