There seems to be an inherent assumption here. I have already had a discussion with them and received a quote. I'm seeking feedback from past and present clients of theirs.

s.joseph: Im going to keep this fairly vague but over the last month or so we have had multiple outages with Kordia, I would not rate the service good at all.
