They don't.

Kordia are not an end user ISP.

Looks like they are a business provider by the Get Ultrafast page, which is interesting.

They're really only in the large business / enterprise market. There are lots of business ISPs out there if you're just after a one off connection.

There seems to be an inherent assumption here. I have already had a discussion with them and received a quote. I'm seeking feedback from past and present clients of theirs.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

The assumptions were a result of your ambiguity. Hint, Your tone is likely to restrict responses.

Just because the question is outside of your experience does not mean it's ambiguous.

Im going to keep this fairly vague but over the last month or so we have had multiple outages with Kordia, I would not rate the service good at all.

Thanks. This is the sort of response I was after. By "service", do you mean their customer service as well?

wow, the wrong side of the bed this morning must have been a bugger.

Oh its very very much inside my experience .

To address what would likely be your question, my experience with Kordia has been mixed, when things are working all is good, when not then the wheels turn very slowly, short answer there are better providers out there.
