Not sure if this has been asked, but currently with spark adsl and on 20kbps because I had used all my data streaming the internationals. so I'm having issue doing research.

Been thinking about changing isp for the last few months since i have encounter issues with spark. e.g occasionally, I'm "teleporting" or disconnecting in game or cannot load youtube videos when no one in the household was using the internet.

Is snap still worth it since 2 degrees has taken control?
friends said orcon and vodafone is great. but the forum despise their customer service. I've been with slingshot few years ago and I know the pain of having terrible customer service(don't get me started with spark).
what are some other alternative?
I'm thinking of unlimited vdsl in the Auckland area. fiber is not an option since it won't be plan till the next mass extinction.

Any advices will be welcome, Thanks ladies and gents.

Unlimited is so much cheaper than anyone else, have you wondered why?

Why haven't you just considered upgrading your Spark connection to VDSL2?

One of the main reason I wish to change ISP is because of the lags in games and fail to load YouTube occasionally, don't think that should happen with ADSL.

Spark is one of the better ISPs that offer VDSL and gaming. Just get your connection changed and ensure you're not using WiFi for gaming etc.
