After modifying my network and reducing my incoming VDSL line length by 80 meters back in June-2015, DLM kindly bumped me up to the 17a profile with a nice rock solid 57/10 Mbps connection.
This 17a connection performed without any issues or logged errors from 18-June-15 through to 4-August-15 with no interruptions.
Around 1.00am on the 4th of August, there was an outage probably caused by Spark/Chorus maintenance. My Draytek 130 modem automatically reconnected to VDSL with a very good sync of 64/10 Mbps but there was no internet access between 1am and 7am.
I dutifully rebooted both modem and router. The modem reconnected to VDSL on the 17a profile with a good 58/10 Mbps sync but still no internet access so I had to call Spark broadband support.
The operator either reset or refreshed my port and my modem dropped back to the 8b profile with only a 45/10 connection!
I have now been waiting patiently for 3 weeks for DLM to put me back on the 17a profile but this has not happened.
I rebooted my modem last week at 4am and the connection improved to 49/10 Mbps but still stuck on the 8B profile.
These are the current details....

I have a proven record that my line qualifies for 17a but my attainable VDSL speed has been penalised by an issue probably caused by Spark or Chorus maintenance three weeks ago that has forced my connection back onto the lower 8B profile because of a forced port reset/refresh and DLM does not appear to be active.
Is there anyone that I can contact that has the skills or access to give DLM a nudge or look at my profile ?
