I am lucky enough to have UFB available on the street. Put my order with BigPipe a couple of weeks ago. Tomorrow is the day for the scoping visit.
However, I still have not get a phone call from Chorus to confirm such visit (no test message or email either). Does it mean it is not going to happen? It is a bit disappointing because I have to make arrangement with my employer to stay home, and it will be very bad if the scoping visit does not happen and I need to arrange it for another day.
It will be great if Chorus can realise many people need to work and it is not a small effort to stay home for such visits. A confirmation call a day or two before the appointment will be very helpful.
Can anyone share your experience?
