Back in April 22, 2014 I was getting good speeds for where we are (honestly...pretty happy customer!) -

and the then in started hitting 10xxxKbps and fluctuating to 86xxKbps . Then around Aug 2017 hitting and staying at 10xxxKbps! But chorus or Spark wasn't done yet.Man..was I a happy customer.
In Sept, sync started to creep up every couple/few weeks --- 11xxxKbps...then 12xxxKbps and then Dec 2017 hit 12,6xx Kbps. I was simply amazed and ecstatic about it. 12,6xx actually stayed at 126xx..it wasn't my imagination. Sorry, the picture below doesn't show what I am claiming...but modem was syncing at 12xxx Kbps. I didn't bother recording the speed on speednet while this was happening or screen capture of the 126xx (I was ecstatic!!). I wasn't expecting things to go down hill as they have.

Suddenly, around Dec 09, 2017...wife noticed the (landline) phone line had no dial tone. But we still had the good fast internet of 12xxxKbps (so I was for the most part happy). I was dreading calling to ask Chorus/Spark to come fix the phone line. I was afraid that the internet speed would somehow get stuffed vs what I was getting. I decided to not worry about it...call Spark and set things in motion to repair phone line part.
Spark had sent me a txt that the Chorus tech was coming Tuesday. Yet during the phone conversation with Spark guy said Monday. No worries..just some kind of mix-up. I stuck around the house on Monday just in case...no Chorus guy.
I leave the house around 4:50pm.
Get back home around 5:20pm and weird --- no internet.... mobile rings.
Chorus guy asks if land line phone is working....
I check no dial tone.
Chorus guys says - strange there should be.
I respond - the internet isn't working either.
Chorus guy says - Master filter somehow got water in it and has to be replaced. Will be back to install new Master Filter tomorrow.
I respond - sure I am happy as long as the internet doesn't get messed up.
I started to get a little worried when I went outside and looked at the mangled box. Easily replaced....but the guy didn't even have the proper screw driver to remove the face plate. Never mind I think to myself...give the guy a break.

Chorus guy comes back on Tuesday. Gets phone line working and new master filter installed (took him 3 tries). Little concerned about the internet speed only syncing at 96xxKbps. I think...still good as long as it doesn't get worse. Being optimistic - I hope it will come back to 126xxKbps.
So why am I posting this?
Well my internet hasn't gotten better. It has gotten worse!!!
Over the last 4 weeks since the Chorus guy "Fixed it" ---- 96xxKbps, 89xxKbps, 80xxKbps and now 7058Kbps. That is considerably less vs the awesome 126xxKbps I was getting.

I've tried 2 different modems and no change...still getting the same lower rate vs the previous awesome connection of 126xxKbps connection.
Please!!!! I am just hoping someone can say there must be something wrong going on here or someone in the know could look into this the matter. I am afraid to call Spark...I don't want to go lower than 7058Kbps.
