Just over a week ago my 2012 27" iMac died. It was obvious that the ATi had decided to retire from active duty. I quick search revealed that it maybe covered by an Apple extended repair programme. I contacted ConnectNZ logged the fault and took it into
there Wellington office.

Yesterday it is back all repaired and all paid for by the good folks at Apple. The only delay was waiting for replacement card from Australia.

ConnectNZ did an awesome job, the unit came back in it's pristine condition that I sent it in and all wrapped up to protect it, they had also contacted me twice to keep me posted re the repair.

Great work ConnectNZ and great customer support Apple.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Oh, did you buy an extended warranty? How much did that cost?
