Damn Morgana42, if you look anything like your picture you are breaking a lot of stereotypes by hanging out here :) Welcome to the club.

Warning: reality may differ from above post

It does include GST. There has been a price war going on for the last
couple of weeks and it is now at a price I can afford to pay :-)

Just ordered my Lumia 1020. Will have it tomorrow.

Cant wait. Problem now is getting the accessories.

Amazon here I come. Might use YouShop so I can get the stuff they don't ship outside the USA.

Anybody had any experience with the Nokia DT-901 fatboy wireless pillow for charging.

Yeah I have the pillow and just the normal wireless charger, as well as the Nokia speaker with wireless

I actually prefer the normal wireless charging plate instead of the pillow, remember you'll need the charging coil backplate for the 1020 too since it's not built in

Just picked up my yellow 1020 from Noel Leemings yesterday ($988). So far very impressed. I was worried about lag they've been going on about in reviews (app startup and between shots) but I have found it fine, I think reviewers have been really nit-picking.

Photos & videos are great of course, although some photos are a bit yellow as others have pointed out (really noticeable in grass). Still experimenting though.

Only other niggle I have is that it is slippery and an awkward shape - I've already dropped it on the concrete and taken a chunk of yellow plastic off a corner :(
