I actually did not change the product code. Obviously the Singapore set has been given a firmware update.

Luck you! My phone (PI) has English, Indonesian and Pilipino?? as installed languages so I guess it aint a Singapore model!

I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.

Same here, I am just about to update the firmware on my phone but our stupid internet is so slow (Slingshot), I might not risk it.

Can't beat the burble of that American V8. Ohh yea!

A question to anyone who has updated their N95's firmware, how long does it take? I really want to update my firmware but I have heard of it taking several hours to do it and if it takes several hours to update, their is a very highly likely chance that something would go wrong.

Are all of these worries that I have not really problems?

Can't beat the burble of that American V8. Ohh yea!

Mine has English and simp and trad Chinese (I wanted Chinese)

I'd list mine but am doing some ripping of the internal "drives" to figure out exactly how the internals of Symbian work so do not really want to turn it off at this stage.

it has C, D and E
then some hidden stuff including "install on firstboot" SIS files on Z:

Mine is also 0548986, I belive this is from either indonesia or the phillipines, and most in the country currently are these. I have not reflashed the firmware and have Chinese trad and simp. (I'm intending to learn Mandarin) Indonesian and Pilipino would be utterly useless, I'd do a product code change/reflash if I were you! just be careful what country you flash to.

The update took a mere 25 minutes. It was extremely fast.

My product code? I have no idea. It has simplified Chinese, English and Malay languages.

I have just updated my phone's firmware. Wow, the difference is amazing. The camera speed is unbelievable and so is the multimedia menu speed. I am very glad that I updated it. My update took 29 minutes.

Can't beat the burble of that American V8. Ohh yea!
