I did some googling and came up with the following differences:

1) Little arrow on signal strength bars showing when data is being transferred
2) The extras+info page now says "Lumia Cyan" in colour
3) Under the hood performance tweaks

So basically nothing major noticeable.

Hmm, interesting, I am now being prompted to reapply (i think) one of the dev preview updates...  Yes I'd be interested to know what these do when applied over Cyan?

if you run Cyan you can now use Bluetooth LE to sync a fitbit etc.  There are also a few camera-related updates, miracast (for compatible hardware), and others.

Ah yes forgot about the little arrow on the WiFi signal.

Like I previously mentioned mines prompting me to install 4 (older) updates - which just seems weird. Running latest version, has all the features of previous updates. Just don't get why it wants to install them.
