Well, FWIW, my touchstone charger arrived this morning. Now I just have to cross my fingers that Mobicity manage to get enough units to cover my order.

That Poetic case from Amazon looks like a good deal, typically however they won't ship it to NZ so I'd have to run it through my Comgateway account which would at least double the price of it.

I did select UK English during setup and now HP's website won't let me select United States as the place where I bought it from.

Re the free apps every month - does anyone know a way of getting them, without having a US billing address, I presume as listed against your credit card?
My daughter would love the Kung Fu Panda app, but I think that one's gone - not on free list anymore?

Yeah, all the free apps have a download limit and that's been reached. I think the Audubon birds app has a download code in Pivot (the monthly magazine section of HP's appstore) that should work for international accounts.

You could try buy a visa gift card online from the states and set a random address on it. May be a problem if they are required to send a physical card (there were a couple places that did digital only back in 2007 but that's a long time ago). Try one of the sites at http://usa.visa.com/personal/cards/prepaid/gift-card-online.jsp

Looks like some sellers at least will ship internationally. I have a friend who will on ship for me any way, though I would use the international shipping option as a preference if it's available.  Looks like just over $30NZD plus shipping and C/C fees.  I'm reckoning on no more than $45NZD each landed here if there were about 5 shipped together.

The Poetic ones look nice but some places don't have stock right now and are not shipping till later this month.

How about http://www.myincipio.com/HP-TouchPad-Cases-Accessories/Incipio-HP-TouchPad-KICKSTAND-Nylon-Case.asp this?

Each case is $15 and on checkout after I added 2 to my cart shipping via Fedex was only $16USD.

Very very cheap shipping. If you are interested I doubt that there stock will last long at that price and with free US shipping. I'm tempted to buy a couple but not sure the bank balance will allow it!

Use the discount code FBFAN2011 for around $2 off.

Thoughts on the case are here: http://forums.precentral.net/hp-touchpad-accessories/296987-incipio-touchpad-kickstand-case-14-99-a.html

I have just order 4 X Touchpad cases from Incipio, three of them are black in color and one is Khaki. I plan on keeping the Khaki one for myself. The other 3 are up for grabs at cost price if anyone wants one. I figured i'd add a few extra to my cart while i'm already paying for shipping.

Link to the cases is here:

http://www.myincipio.com/HP-TouchPad-Cases-Accessories/Incipio-HP-TouchPad-KICKSTAND-Nylon-Case.asp

Cost of each case landed is $23 NZD (Rounded up from 22.5NZD).

If you live in Wellington you can pick up from Willis St for free, anywhere else in the country I'd ship via NZ Post for $5.

Total cost will be either $23 not delivered, or $28 delivered. Payment would not be required until the arrive in the country but I'd appreciate commitment to paying once you PM me your interest.

Pm me if interested. Remember there are only 3 and they are all black. First in first served, if I can't sell them on here i'll try my luck on trademe.

What color did you get? I figured at that price with such reasonable shipping not ordering more than one would be a crime!

I already have a official HP case but want to see how this one compares before deciding which one to keep.
