Those tweaks listed on Pre Centre (and elsewhere) really speed it up...well worth trying out. I'm very impressed with the speed of mine, compared to the reviews saying it was quite slow.

I haven't had the touch pad for long enough at 1.5ghz to actually comment on the battery life as such, but as of now the i haven't noticed a significant drop in battery life.

my touchpad finally left the US, 4 days ago (after being shunted in 4 different states) using USPS express international..  up until now, NZ post still don't have any  information that my package has arrived the country.   

are there any other meaning of the word express?

it can't be that bad Wink  I thought there are a couple of workarounds that can be done like turning the debug logging off and overclocking it which then makes it a bit snappier
