There is a problem with bluetooth on my pc. I unistall n e bluetooth item on my computer but there is a problem when I put a bluetooth adapter it shows the previous bluetooth in red. How can eliminate that and add my new adapter.

If you are talking about the a previous Bluetooth installation (not the Windows SP2 built-in software), the open Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs and remove from there.

If you are talking about the Windows SP2 built-in then follow these instructions.
