I have just about completed Fallout 4 and all I have left is the odd side quest - usually the repetitive ones that re-spawn on demand.

Bwahahaha! That's funny. Preston hates me now anyway because I took over all the outposts he sanctimoniously had me clear up and put them under my Raider Overboss jackboot in the Nuka World add on. Snivelling mud grubbing peasants - feed me and bring me caps!! Or die! I tried killing Preston but that doesn't work. He gives me some snippy lecture about how he trusted me once but won't ever again - meanwhile, I count the huge pile of caps I have amassed and wonder what to buy next.

Also killed the sanctimonious fools at the Railroad, took all the aluminium I could find and then nuked the Institute and killed all the Children of Atom on the grounds they were religious nutters without even realising I had another choice - do their quests and THEN kill them (that is the only one I regret!).

So, progressing slowly. Have discovered lots more worlds and even managed to get one 100% viable (the hot one with the Krogan on it).

The Architects are posing a problem: so far, all that happens is that I die endlessly. As someone who lacks the in-built gaming skills to survive melee combat for long, I prefer taking things like that out at distance with heavy weapons. So far, though, there are no heavy weapons really, so I have left the architect and run away for now.

The game as a whole is quite entertaining though. I am glad of the internet - often - as I think I would have become bored and frustrated by now (and probably just stopped playing) if I couldn't find the solutions to some of the missions online.
