I can't see myself buying yet another game of a similar ilk to be honest. I am enjoying AC a lot, but I want something a bit different.

I will finish TR, then move on to VR version of Ironman, and finish Witcher 3.

Watch Dog Legions releases October 29th, AC Valhalla on November 17... not much of a gap! Come to think of it, I was probably 3-4 months 'late' in starting AC Odyssey, but then all the bugs were ironed out and the first lot of DLC released by the time I started. Might be the same for Valhalla.

Can't wait for something new though. Bring it on!

Legions looks good, not sure how I feel about Valhalla, certainly doesn't look as good as Egypt or Greece.

Haven’t seen Odyssey yet but I think the terrain graphics/landscapes in AC Origins are beautifully done. (PS4 Pro in HDR on 65” OLED.)

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Yeah was all very dark, but might just be going for a specific feel in the video. Early days yet but I wasn't wowed by the look of the combat either... looked a little clunky. Work in progress though.

Hmm... from the post show info on Valhalla - "The player will lose health in the world and it doesn't automatically regenerate..." raising the requirement to fish \ forage for food. Not a fan of that kind of 'realism' in games.

I still get behind the wheel and have a blast on Assetto Corsa or Wreckfest, but I've gone all retro lately and playing Kane and Lynch Dog Days 2 and Max Payne 1 was installed last after a conversation with my partner reminded me of the crying baby, so I've installed it so I can turn it up loud at the baby dream level. Also played MOH Airborne a few weeks ago.

Nothing new, in the FPS arena anyway, is appealing, and I'm not a big enough Geek to be into MMORPG.

We have similar taste in games it would seem. This would actually prevent me playing the game as I can't be bothered with the whole potion thing. (Though I enjoy collecting stuff to craft other things like upgrades etc, ala Far Cry....

I also don't like the mechanic of resting to regenerate.

I have been following Flight Simulator X since it's first official videos were released. I am not a huge simulator fan, but WOW this game looks absoloutely insane. I am very much looking forward to trying it.  Not sure how well it will control with an Xbox Controller, but as there an absoloutely amazing deal where you could get 3 years of Game Pass Ultimate, for $1 a while back, when you bought Games with Gold. I can have it on both platforms.

I have been in the beta, but have honestly not got around to playing it much at all!

What I have experienced has been great.

ACG did a 4 hours hands on with AC:Valhalla and what I see, it may be one of the rare ones I decide to skip.

I guess I'll watch and see how it reviews, but I am not convinced in the setting nor some of the new or adjusted gameplay mechanics.

I also see Watchdogs 3 being played. I recently tried to replay WD2 and was horrified how bad the graphics and movement were that it made me not want to play it any more. WD3 is better, but still looks like something from 10 years+ ago..

Here's just the thing for AC Origins players who are really serious about their game:
