Trying to figure out what games I want to get at launch. In my shopping cart I have Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition, Crash Bandicoot 4 (ps4 game but can run via backwards compatibility) Godfall (decided to go with the ps5 version since it seems like it was designed for use with the dualsense controller and playing it on pc with xbox controller seems kinda boring)

I want to get AC Valhalla but I already have that on Uplay+. Doesn't really make sense to own 2 versions. I was going to get CoD but the beta was trash. The game already had hackers. Demon Souls isn't really my kinda game. Launch lineup is kinda lacking tbh. There isn't a whole lot of choice if your only looking for exclusives. And play third party titles on other platforms.

Ended up getting Miles Morales Standard Edition; Godfall and Black Ops Cold War ( yea it had hackers and cheaters in the beta but its the main multiplayer title that everyone else is going to be playing, so kinda had no choice to get it)

My NL order has changed from 'Awaiting Stock' (approx 10:00 this morning) to 'Awaiting Action', where the 'action' is presumably waiting for release day to roll around. I've ordered for pickup from Whakatane.

So you had around 5 years+ to investigate it 😂
Not sure if you need ps plus on the 12 November to get the free games, or just anytime after that. Prob worth researching as you get 20 games for free

Just under the “Purchases” page under my Noel Leeming profile. My previous orders all say “received” and this one is “shipped”

I just checked my Warehouse pre order (pick up in store) and it says "In progress".

Disappointed in the lack of communication from TW, It would have been nice if they let everyone know what's going on.

My order says the exact same thing which has me super nervous as it's been on 'Processed' for weeks. 'Status: - '. Have our orders actually be allocated and picked or are they lost in the ether somewhere...

The PS5 pre-order came and went before I even knew about it, now I'm trying to figure out how to secure a PS5 for my kids for Christmas, but no websites appear to be taking pre-orders for any subsequent waves... I know official launch day is tomorrow, does anyone have any knowledge about what stock levels are likely to be like between now and Christmas and what the best strategy would be to get hold of one? I'm in Chch.

I just received a message from Vodafone saying you can pre-order the PS5 from midday tomorrow... isn't that a bit late for a "pre-order".

Looks like a lot of sick days coming up this week... or desk sleeping :)

I'm not a complete idiot, I still have some parts missing.

I think you may be pretty unfortunately, out of luck of getting one prior to xmas unless they release an unexpected batch of stock. Your best bet is find someone who will take your order and pray :)

You could try your luck with people on TM but most are charging quite the premium (scumbags).
