As far as investing, you've got a minute or so after mission completion before the stocks start moving, so if you quickly sell everything you have and buy up the stock you expect to go through the roof and then jump to the other characters and do the same, you'll make a fair bit of money very quickly as it turns out. Once it levels off, you can sell the stocks and shuffle them elsewhere.

The reason I edited the title and put [SPOILERS] at the end of the thread title was because people were already posting storyline details, so I figured better to have a big warning on the title than have someone read things by accident.

Luckily I have PS+ and can get my save from this morning off their, will have to go back and do some stuff, but at least I don't have to replay the whole game, just the 5 hours of today (ha). this time I'll leave all strangers and freaks and just get through the story and then go back and do them after.
But in short, choose option c. you'll know what I'm talking about when you get to it.
Spent the afternoon going through the last missions and heist so I could choose option c for the final mission. At 74.4% completion. Going by the checklist on the social club I have 3 strangers and freaks to do, various hobbies and past times to do 16 miscellaneous things. And complete 3 more random events.
