I need to get back to Battlefront but it's all Rainbow Six at the moment...just one more game.

Any one had any success with actually joining a multplayer game on pc lately?

No, it's not you. PC gamers are giving up on the game so you'll be lucky to find anyone.

Not sure where http://swbstats.com/ gets its numbers from but it's pretty dire.

Lack of server browser is the number one issue. I think a lot of people like me have just given up and uninstalled the game.

Welcome to the club of highly disappointed Battlefront gamers.

PC Powerplay recently posted an article about this which sums it all up for me.

Yep agreed.

I've put 12 hours into it and just can't go back to it.

When that happens to me, I try another mode. Its frustrating, but it means I'm sampling more of the game :-)

I tried it with Supremacy, Walker Assault and then Droid Run. Cycled between those 3 about 2 times, even manually choose maps on the third time around. No luck. I've just downloaded the Battle of Jakku DLC so wondering if that will help at all.

Best of luck. I've not had it that bad, but I certainly feel your frustration with finding matches.

A shame really, as I'm starting to get into the game quite a bit.

I'm waiting for this game to drop in price and to see what the season pass brings. From what I've seen its not changed much since release and since there's not a steep leveling system it doesn't take long to catch up.

It's on sale for $62 on MightyApe for both Xbox One and PS4 today

Tonight my son was trying to download the 8GB Star Wars Battlefront update on the PS4 and was complaining bitterly that it was going to take 46 hrs. I thought that was terrible, and checked the internet connection speed on the PS4 (we are on 100 Mbps UFB) and sure enough it was saying it had a 400 kbps download speed. After some Googling, I changed the PS4 DNS server to Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and suddenly the PS4 download speed went up to 27 Mbps, and the download was completed about 20 min later.

I thought I would post this in case it helps someone else with terrible download speeds on the PS4. Normally I don't touch the DNS servers, but this has made a massive difference!
