But what if JB Hi-Fi is out of stock, then you're stuck with a lot of gift cards :) Think I'm going for NL as they have $10 off and Fly Buys. And I prefer a physical store, compared to e.g. Mighty Ape.

Will only be buying those to settle any balance, I'd be an idiot to buy them now before knowing for sure.

I've fallen back off the wagon anyway and am back in the not bothering at all camp (for now). We've got a little one coming and it's just a lot of money that I don't know if I'll be able to get time to play it come December, but then I argue with myself and think with quick resume I'd arguably play it more than my one s. You can't win a fight with an idiot and I keep losing the fight with myself 😂

This time I'm determined to wait it out for more details and real world feedback on s Vs X. The S may well do me for how often I actually play if it is genuinely just a drop in resolution. There's just a few too many unknowns right now to fork out for one even if I don't have to buy many games in the next 2 years. Ask me again in the morning and I'll probably have a pre-order in.

Greetings from a fellow dad, I feel you. Kids are a bit older now (5 and 8), but yes when they were babies I didn't have much time for gaming.

Reason I go for the X is that I want to be able to play discs, so I can buy second hand games. And the different is only $250. Strange the difference in US is US$200

Ask me again in the morning and I'll probably have a pre-order in

I just checked when ordering, and they require payment when placing the order. That will take time and looking at how fast the PS5 was sold out... I'm not going to take the risk I think.

But for $550 the series s would be an upgrade from my one sad.
Well if I'm spending $550 that hard drive will fill up so I might as well spend the extra $250.
NO I DON'T NEED IT.

Here especially the series X just seems worth $250 more, I really can't see the memory cards being that affordable to upgrade the series s hard drive and still be less than the series X cost. My friend in the UK on the other hand it's a harder upsell. Over there it's £250 Vs £450, which is almost $400 difference, that's a much harder pill to swallow. I still think we are being under charged for the series X and slightly over charged for the series s, can't complain about that but it does make it a hard choice.

It's just a deposit due tomorrow if you order, that should guarantee your console then grab the vouchers before settling the balance.
