danepak: Kids loves the game Sackboy on PS5 (I’ve got to admit that I’m pretty impressed with it to - amazing graphics, music and gameplay.

A friend lent me the disc version and I’ve decided to buy it for them.
Game Cards sells the digital version for $53.

Question: How does it work, if you buy a digital version of a game outside of the official PS platform?
Does it still appear in my games library? Do I need to supply Game Cards with my PS username for it to be linked?

(…also, if someone has the disc version and wants to sell it for a good price, please let me know)

EDIT: Game Cards look a bit shady. You have to download the game using another account. I’ll avoid.

I thought it was a trailer at first.

@danepak Yeah, that is incredible - haven't seen anything quite like that before. As the guy mentions, fantastic graphics is one thing but gameplay is everything. However looks very promising.

Edit: I assumed this was a coming game but hadn't heard of it so looked it up. It seems it's not a demo of a game as such - it's a demo of the capabilities of Unreal Engine 5.

At least we know what they can do graphics wise now, so game play should be easy.
This is exciting stuff.

Now that Unreal Engine 5 have shown what it can do in 2021, then you can only imagine what would be possible in (let's say) 10 years time.

Might sound far fetched, but would it be a matter of time, before a film could be made without the real actors?

You would be able to make a new John Wayne film, just to name an example...

Does any know if you can transfer the game save data from a PS4 game to a PS5 version on the game? I've done the data transfer when setting up but when i play the PS5 version of the game it opens as "new" game, ie no continuation of progress made on PS4.

If i open the PS4 version of the game (on the PS5), previous preogress is there. I've had a google but can't seem to find the answer to this question.

It's done the same way you quote but with the youtube and /youtube tags instead. You can see it above the editor in the last line in the yellow box. You enter only the youtube code at the end not the entire URL..
