Ok I have two Belkin n600 router I want to use one as modem and one as router.
Can it be done? If yes how.
Please help.

Can you please explain that further - just so we know what you exactly wish to achieve.

If you are looking to use one as a modem and one as a router, then you want to google the model number and "half bridge" mode or ppp-extension mode.

However if they are both the same model, then i guess the second one will have a dsl port as its wan, and not a normal wan port - therefore it wont work the way you want. So if you could explain further what you want to achieve, we may find that you want something different.

My house is two level want to have better wifi on both level by using each one of them at different level by bridgeing.

You would configure one as a modem + DHCP router, run an Ethernet cable from a LAN port of the one used as a modem/router to the LAN port of the 2nd device and disable DHCP on the 2nd unit.

Set the SSID to be the same but different channels and change the LAN IP address in the 2nd unit so it doesn't clash or you won't be able to log into it.
