Here is a 16 port one with 8 poe ports (294 × 180 × 44 mm)

here is a 5 port with 4 poe ports but its tiny, can also get a tiny 8 port switch (99.8 x 98 x 25 mm)

I doubt you'll find a "tiny" 16 port switch. By the time you get to this size pretty much everything I've seen is a rackmount form factor. Add in PoE and you also have additional power and cooling requirements.

You'll find plenty of 5 and 8 port that are compact.

38cm(H) x 38cm(W) x 6cm(D)  - needs to fit switch and VDSL modem at this stage (replaced by ONT at some stage, when I can get fibre) :)

Best bet is probably 2 x TP-Link 8 ports they do one that's all PoE with SFP uplink and one that's 4 port PoE and both are managed.
