hello everyone. I know there has been a lot of discussion on connecting a Clie via Bluetooth to a Motorola v551, but I still cannot get the config straightened out. Does anyone have the directions?

Thanks very much!

Stephanie

Check our Bluetooth Guides if you haven't done so yet.

Also, the Motorola mobile phones require a reset when using them for connection, so make sure to include an ATZ; init string command when creating your configuration.

If it doesn't work, you have to check if your account includes a data service, and the most important thing is to provide more information: where you are, mobile operator, etc.

thanks for the reply. I checked out the bluetooth guides, but it seems much more has been written about this configuration that the guides do not cover.

I live in Oakland, Ca (Bay Area) and have Cingular service.

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Search for cingular in our forums. Also check this thread with Cingular GPRS settings for Pocket PC and Palm.
