the problem is i have install the drivers from my bluetooth stick. The icoon is red en deactiveed i cant open it.

It looks like your Bluetooth adapter is being managed by the Windows XP SP2 Bluetooth software. You can open Control Panel | Bluetooth and use it from there, or if you want to use your adapter's software then follow these instructions.
