SOrry to ask the same question again... but i tried to follow guidelines on the thread for this subject without any luck. My widcomm bluetooth symbol on toolbar is stil blue with red in.... i've used many hours but now i really don't know what to do. hopefully someone can help me. The closest i have come is to this license-thing where it says that it doesn't work:

"Your Bluetooth software license does not include use with this Bluetooth device. [6]"

Issue is: i want to get my Jabra bluetooth earplug connected so i can use it to my Televoip IP telephony using x-pro software. Ask for details if needed.

Welcome to Geekzone... Is this the original software that came with your adapter? If not, then I recommend you remove it and install the original one.

i've tried to install that allready but it didnt work and i've uninstalled it. now i have installed the latest driver from sitecom (whic is the brand of the bluetooth adapter).

I have installed this and i see my headsett and i have paired it succesfully. Though i cant see it in my choise for audio plus my widcomm icon is still blue/red which indicate that it doesnt work.... im still "lost" :-(

The red/blue icon indicates it is not recognising the Bluetooth adapter - but you say it is working.

It looks to me that your are actually using the Windows XP Service Pack 2 Bluetooth software, not the Widcomm. Try the instructions on this thread.

Hmmm. Can't help here then. You should contact the support from the manufacturer. If they can't help you, I suggest you return this product and get another one - I like Bluetake, Belkin, TDK and DLink for this.
