Have you had a look in the troubleshoot list in our Bluetooth Guides page?

This article lists things you have to check when your connection is not working. It lists things like firewall conflicts, IP addresses and other common problems.

"The page you are looking for cannot be found" is a common problem related to firewall or IP addresses or DNS. The article might help you.

I'm now preparing guides for Windows Mobile 2003, but the Bluetooth application for H5450 is the same as the H2210, so you should be able to use the H5450 Bluetooth Guide as a reference.
