Welcome to Geekzone... When you hear the beep on your jabra, do you push the Answer button to actually connect the headset?

I use a Bluetake adapter running the Bluesoleil software and it works fine for me. I am using the sound driver that came with my motherboard - make sure you are using the correct sound driver or an updated one.

I've used a Jabra before with TDK and Bluetake adapters. I am currently using a Bluetake adapter and a Bluetake iPhono mini stereo headset.

Can't give you specifics if one hardware will work with this or that software - a lot of these are not compatible and you should only use the original software.

If it works with other headset then perhaps you should just swap the Jabra?
