Please help.

I have tried for three days now to get the damn thing working.

Everytime windows sees the logitech minireceiver as a generic usb hub.
BUT II IS A BLEUTOOTH HUB.

Logitech has the widdcom drivers on the cd, but what ever i try it does not work.

Please help

Welcome to Geekzone. First, make sure you create a restore point just in case.

Next, have you installed the Logitech Bluetooth software before plugging the device? Or have you installed the Logitech Bluetooth software at all?

Try unplugging the device, removing the software (if installed), rebooting and then follow the instructions on this thread.

Make sure you create a restore point before, just in case you need to rollback the changes and drivers!

I have tried both.

I first installed the software with the usbdevice plugged in. when that didn't work I tried to install the software with the dongle unplugged. But it also didn't work.

I shall try it again following the thread you give me..

I hope it works.

thanks
