Hello Everyone,
I like to thank all of you for this wonderful forum. I have a Nokia 6230 phone and Hawking USB Bluetooth adapter (H-BT10U). I installed the application that came with the USB adapter. I am able to connect my cell phone with the USB bluetooth device. I can access all folders in the phone. Now the problem comes when I try to use Nokia PC Suite v.6.7 to install applications. It shows that 'No phones detected'. I read some websites and found info. dealing with mrouter. I am unable to find this program on my taskbar. I also checked under startup application and it is not there. I guess i am supposed to use connection manager. But, when i select bluetooth and search for device, nothing comes up. I also checked serial connection and could not connect to my device. I downloaded mrouter3 program from web and tried it that way. But, it doesnt give me the option to select the desired COM port. Another question I have is that when I explore My Bluetooth places, I see serial logo which says Nokia 6230 Nokia PC suite as 'not connected'. When I right click on it and select connect option. It shows that it is connected. But even then I am unable to find the device from Nokia PC suite. Also, I have found 1.4.2.10 Widcomm driver and it seems to be working fine.
I have spent many hours on this and still could not get it working. Does anyone have any idea what I should be doing?
Thanks again,
Faisal
