Amazon is launching its Amazon Wearable Technology portal. It starts showcasing health/fitness but there are other things coming - I am interested in the Narrative Clip.

As usual, any purchase from Amazon through one of our links (any link) generates a bit of commission that helps the site.

But wonder who has the time to review all those "Narrative" photos? Let's see. 12 hrs x 120 = 1440. And that is just one day! Times 7 = 10,080 for the week.................... You get the picture (pun intended!). OK, so suppose it is not used all the time, how do you know when to use it if those "magic moments" are so unpredictable?

And then there is the storage space................ Perhaps sponsored by Seagate or WD?

But, when you get one, be sure to give us some feedback!

It's only a 5MP camera, so we're talking ~1.5MB/photo if it's saving them as a full quality jpg. Based on your figures for number of images, that's only ~14GB/week. Drop the JPG quality top ~90% and we're talking half that. It's really not a lot, especially for photography.

The storage was only a secondary issue. I still want to know how on earth anyone could review them. And very many will be unusable because of camera and subject movement at shot time. It must have a great focus system as well. Even with a camera with auto focus and stabilisation many of my social situation shots are crap!! Only takes the subject to move on you.

Never mind, Freitasm will be able to answer my questions when he gets his!! perhaps I am just too pessimistic.
