Whenever I plug in one half of my iTwin Connect device, it comes up with an error saying that the network adapter is not working (Screenshot down below). I have tried uninstalling (and resetting) the whole unit, then re-installing again with no luck. Tried disabling and re-enabling the network adapters for the iTwin Connect device and it still doesn't work. And yes I have tried turning the PC off and on again!

Could it be another network adapter interfering with the iTwin Connect's network adapter? I have got VMWare network adapters and a Team Viewer VPN adapter.

Does anyone have any resolutions please?

Thanks in advance!

It could be the driver... Are you using Windows 8.1?

I don't know, it is just a hunch. I suggest you contact their support.

But it usually works after a reboot, then stops working again..

Looked at Event Viewer to see if there's any record of the driver crashing?

Not sure if this may be helpful? They were all 'information' and 'warning's, with the warning one down below.

Warning:

Name resolution for the name [numbers].internalitwin.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

Are you using Windows 8.1 connected via WiFi to a Technicolor router?

No Technicolour router here. Just a Netgear DGND3700 modem/router, and yes I am connected to my router via WiFi.
