I did the add to cart in AU shop then swap to NZ shop trick, wonder if that stuffed it up.
The invoice i was sent came from AU_SHOP, never bought online from Apple so not sure if that is normal.
Did you do the cart trick jared?

Hi, my invoice too came from "AU_APPLE". Don't worry... That's normal.
In the email it says:
Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping with Apple Sales New Zealand

If you have Held Awaiting Correct Address. Follow Up Actions Underway as a status, please read.
I have just spoken to TNT regarding this. It does not mean that your phone is still in China. The rep explained that China often gets addresses wrong (50% of the time they have trouble matching and end up just choosing at random as long as it’s in the same country) and this status is a notification to the AKL depot that the address needs to be checked before being moved out to the satellite depots.
Apparently, they have an Apple rep at the depot that checks all flagged addresses before they get sent on, to make sure the delivery addresses Apple have match the one’s TNT have.
She assured me that the phones are still in transit and are still on target for a Monday delivery.
