LaserZ, that's really bad luck man! I feel for you. Well done for opening up the package though before the courier left. I reckon it was stolen. Does the brown box indicate it was sent from Apple? If so, it would be silly as it just opens up the temptation to steal.

Received mine today but it's going back for a replacement due to a dead pixel.
Now I have to make an adapter for the micro sim and wait another few weeks on the replacement.
I also had to get my mums iPad replaced due to a dead pixel.
Not happy.

I had no luck with 0800 MY APPLE so I rang 00800-7666-7666 and only had to wait a few minutes.

I rang earlier on this evening and I'm pretty sure I didn't have to enter my pin.... Weird....

I went to this site and did the dead pixel test. http://iphonedpt.awardspace.com/
I can see the dead pixel on white, green and yellow pretty clearly.

Thanks for that!

So how many did you have to have to get replacement? Did they try and tell you it was ok for a single one?

I just received my iPhone today. I rang them up straight away and said that there is a dead pixel. They were fine with it and have arranged for a TNT courier to pick it up. Once they receive it they will send me a replacement.
JB Hi Fi replaced my mums iPad straight away also.

Have you spotted some dead pixels on your iPhone?
