From what I recall that bit of the conversation went something like this...

Me: New Zealand Dollars?
Melissa: Uh, yeah. Of course there will be data plans etc.

It may not be $1000, but it's becoming really hard to believe it will be anywhere that low ($264).
Yeah, I understand what you mean, but is it really that hard to believe if you are on a 2 year contract?
I mean, they're gonna ramp up the charges no doubt. So after you consider all the money you put into the contract, the price really isnt too hard to believe (Assuming thats the price, of course)

Haha, yeah one only hopes that it's true, and shes not just going off the Press Release and/or Conference based on the US pricing.
That'd be a little embarassing, I would think, so I would say she would have at least have her arse covered, wouldn't you? Because all it would take is one of us to ask the question of "Where did you get your information" or "Do you have proof of this?"
