You see, you can be an Apple Fanboy and not have a Mac. Or the other way around - we have an iMac and a Mac Mini here.

How are you going to sync/configure/download stuff to your future iPhone if you don't run neither Mac OS X or Windows?

not a mac fanboy yet... but i think i do have a very serious case of the iphone bug. i hear its going round at the moment
