Yes, and yes (I assume). Though maybe the pay-back amount reduces over time? I haven't read the small print because I'm more than happy on the One Plan, so no plans to move elsewhere.
Nah, it’s a credit spread over 24 months (so $25/month). All that happens if you churn, or downgrade your plan, is the credit drops off.
