IN this case yes. But just watch what happens with the TPP, as I suspect that there will be major changes to our copyright laws with that.

I see how this obviously affects ripping a new CD from your iTunes library, but wouldn't that definition also prohibit importing tracks from a CD you bought into iTunes in the first place?
