If the price had been right or even the amount of data been useful I wouldve certainly bought one, but neither of those have happened so I will be keeping the money in my pocket.

[edit] the decision to buy for me was made easier by the fact that my ipod died a few weeks ago, so rather than spend $500 on a touch I was hoping to spend $500-$600 on an iphone instead.
