Just wondering are any of you guys using cases for your iphone 3g? Does the back plastic of the iphone develop those little tiny scratches from being inside the pocket over time etc...

Which case would you recommend I get from trademe or elsewhere? (hopefully a reasonable price between 10-30 dollars :D)

I bought a cheap ($5) silicone case for now, at least until there is a bit more of a selection at reasonable prices.

I'm liking the looks of the MarWare sportgrip, but its early days yet, i'm sure there will be plenty more selection in the near future.

Im using a Griffen Hard case. (Nuform)
Seems to do the job ok. I think it was $39.95. Hard to get the plastic cover on without air bubbles underneath though

Not using a case, want to keep the beauty unveiled! Had the phone for a month and no scratches as yet!

I got a suede pouch because all the other cases I have seen are horrible monstrosities which make the iPhone look ugly.

Found it when looking through a thread like this on macrumors.com, here's the link:
http://www.sfbags.com/products/iphonesuedejacket/iphonesuedejacket.htm

Great cause it cleans it when you put it in and take it out and protects from scratches and dust, but useless for dropping it.

Cost about $37 or so after shipping I think and got it pretty quick.

I use the Griffin nuform case, and gave up on the screen cover, and instead use an invisibleShield screen protector for the front, and then just use the Nu Form casing around body of phone.

I'm using an Incase Leather Folio for my iPhone 3G, although that Griffin one Matt linked to looks pretty nice as well.

That case looks nice but too bulky and impractical in my view !!

Thank much.

Just seen that on the Apple online store. Hadn't seen it before. $50 coins is not bad deal.
