Because the phone I Was using at the time, met it's end via a cinder block in the garden on a friday night. I am on call 18 hours a day, 7 days a week with my job so can't be without a phone. Had to open it so I had a means of staff being able to contact me. Is what it is.

It is what is... Used phone now.

Could have bought a cheap phone at the supermarket, to keep the sale value of the expensive one.

You can do whatever you want, but you can't say it's a new phone when you're selling it here if it's used.  That's all.
