Not needed anymore, HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Desktop Mini, with Intel i5 9500 6c CPU, single 32gb DDR4 memory and 256GB NVME Drive. Comes with power pack. No issues was a proxmox server but have upgraded. Asking $300 with free shipping in NZ.

Being an EliteDesk, I’d be surprised if it’s licensed for Windows Home, they typically always come with no OS or Windows Pro (with the key being baked into the UEFI/bios) as they’re business machines.

Getting way off topic, but if it was a CTO you can order with what ever you want. Plenty of higher ed buy em with home and use their site license to install pro/enterprise.
